A nocoiner, or no-coiner, is someone that doesn’t believe in the idea and value that cryptocurrencies have to offer the world.

The term was originally used as a derogatory name and meant as an insult to mock the anti-crypto crowd.

Nocoiner

Nocoiners don’t own or invest in cryptocurrencies. The only thing they hold regarding crypto are…negative opinions.

It’s all about your attitude about crypto. Just because you don’t own any crypto doesn’t make you a nocoiner. If your attitude towards crypto is negative, then yes, consider yourself a nocoiner. 👍

Nocoiners are crypto skeptics at best, and crypto haters at worst.

They might be family members who talk down to you for investing in a “Ponzi scheme”, they might be past investors who lost it big and are now bitter at anything and everything crypto.

Or they might be that guy on the Internet who once predicted a drop in the price of Amazon stock and now knows the cryptocurrencies are a bubble that’s ready to burst at any minute, taking with it all crypto investors and traders.

Some nocoiners wear it as a badge of honor that they haven’t gotten involved in cryptocurrencies because they know better than everyone else. Some might believe they know it all and are the ultimate supreme beings.
